Kearsten has been working and teaching within the Pilates and Rehabilitation Therapy industry for over 15 years.
She is known for her relatable nature, sense of humour, performing accurate assessments and exceptional client focused treatment plans. She utilizes a unique blend of Pilates, The Oov, Franklin Method, Movement for Trauma, traditional strength and conditioning exercises, client education and client–directed tissue release work in each session with her clients.
Kearsten’s goal is to restore movement efficiency and function while reducing pain and fear for people. She helps people understand their bodies and reconnect with themselves.
She is highly skilled and trained having worked as a Physical Therapy Assistant and Rehabilitation Aide in an extended health care clinic for nearly 8 years.
Kearsten has a wide network of health professionals she often co – cares with, including Physicians, Surgeons, Physiatrists, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Occupational Therapists, Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists, Vision Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Doulas and Midwives.
The goal is always to make movement enjoyable, add some fun facts, demystify beliefs and empower clients to work from a place of efficiency, experience freedom and self love.
