My life has been marked by two constants: a love of movement and a desire always to learn more. I am so grateful to have found a profession where both of these passions come together.
As a certified Pilates Instructor (2000), I have been able to bring my extensive knowledge of movement to my clients in both a fitness and a therapeutic capacity. I have honed my teaching over the years and I continue to add to my skill set by exploring other movement modalities – including Franklin Method and the Oov – as well as working in collaboration with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, RMTs and Osteopaths.
I look forward to continuing my education in order to help my clients learn skills and strategies to get the most out of their movement experience, to enhance the other physical activities in which they participate, and to promote pain-free living in their everyday life. I am bilingual and am able to offer my services in French.
