Katherine Dittmann is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience specializing in mind, movement, and connective tissue for whole-person health. With a background in clinical care, program development, and research, Katherine challenges the boundaries of traditional physiotherapy.
Passionate about delivering up-to-date, evidence-based knowledge, Katherine provides a practical and immersive approach to care, blending new science with insights into mind-body connections. Her unique model taps into the body’s natural capacity for restoration, health, performance, and well-being.
This approach emphasizes the central roles of connective tissue, the nervous system, movement, and personal life experiences to create accessible, individualized care. Through experiential learning, hands-on therapies, and mobility practices, Katherine promotes freedom of movement, pain-free function, enhanced performance, and overall health.
